EFT will become our standard payment method starting 1/1/27

Early notice: Starting 1/1/2027, Delta Dental will move to Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as the standard payment method. Don’t wait to enroll in our free EFT and go paperless, get started on Provider Tools today.
 

Choose EFT (a fee-free payment method) to:

  • Reduce administrative burden and save time with digital claim details.
  • Get digital remittance advice the same day as the EFT payment, enabling reconciliation to occur as efficiently as with a paper-based version.
  • Enjoy timely payments with improved security and prompt fraud detection.
  • Commit to a sustainable future with less paper waste.

Create a Provider Tools account or sign in to your existing one. Once you’re in, simply enroll in EFT by clicking on the icon EFT/ERA if you belong to one of these Delta Dental companies in these states:

  • Delta Dental of California — CA
  • Delta Dental of the District of Columbia — DC
  • Delta Dental of Pennsylvania — PA & MD
  • Delta Dental of West Virginia, Inc. — WV
  • Delta Dental of Delaware, Inc. — DE
  • Delta Dental of New York, Inc. — NY
  • Delta Dental Insurance Company — AL, DC, FL, GA, LA, MS, MT, NV, TX and UT


If you belong to any other state, you can select one of the two options:

  • Enroll via your local member company and opt in to national sharing. Providers can also update existing local enrollment to change to national share.
  • Enroll directly with Delta Dental of California and affiliates. Create a Provider Tools account.
