• The Standard Plan, which covers basic cleanings and exams at 100% when you see a network dentist at one of our 442,000 care access points nationwide.¹ Coverage for these services starts on day one — there is no waiting period.
• The High Plan covers everything in the Standard Plan plus additional procedures like crowns and implants — all at a greater percentage of the overall cost. It also has no annual maximum for in-network services.

Concerned about your monthly budget? The Standard Plan offers comprehensive coverage at lower monthly premiums, offering reduced financial risk in times of uncertainty. This plan also includes orthodontic benefits for children as well as SmileWay® Wellness Benefits² — extra cleanings for people with serious chronic conditions such as cancer and heart disease.

Both plans help you save as much as 40% at a dentist in our network.³ You pay a percentage of the cost for procedures like fillings, extractions, crowns and bridges.
 

Virtual dentistry: 24/7 dental care access

Our plans also offer virtual dentistry,⁴ which gives you access to an in-network dentist anytime from anywhere you have access to a computer or mobile device. Use it for:

• After-hours questions such as toothaches
• Urgent issues such as a cracked tooth or lost filling
• Second opinions to get more information before you commit to a treatment plan
• Prescriptions for antibiotics or pain medication for an oral health issue
• Reassurance about upcoming treatments

You’ll talk with a licensed dentist about your issues via video visit or photo submission. They can provide treatment recommendations, prescribe medication and provide aftercare instructions.
