With your Delta Dental online account, you can:
Create your account in four easy steps:
Log in to your online account to print your plan ID card or show it to your dental office from your mobile device. Learn how to create an online account if you don't already have one.
Keep in mind that you don't need an ID card to receive benefits — the dental office can look you up using your name, date of birth and member ID number or Social Security number.
Log in to your online account (or create an account if you don't already have one) to check the status of your plan — active or inactive — and the start and end dates. If your plan is active, you can view the status of your dependents on the Family Members Eligibility Status List. Dependents who are currently covered under your plan are listed as active. If not, they're listed as inactive.
Log in to your online account and search Find a dentist by entering your dentist's name and your location. You can also search in the dentist directory on our website.
If your dentist is in your plan's network, they'll be listed in the search results. If not, your dentist is likely not part of your plan's network.
Log in to your online account or check your plan booklet or Evidence of Coverage to review your coverage for a specific dental procedure.
