Delta Dental Urges Dental Providers to Support COVID-19 PPE

The COVID-19 pandemic has created an unprecedented demand for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). To ensure healthcare workers continue to receive much needed medical supplies for the duration of the outbreak and beyond, Delta Dental is encouraging PPE donations through the “Protecting People Everywhere” initiative, an effort that includes the American Hospital Association (AHA), Kaiser Permanente, Microsoft and UPS.

Since the pandemic began, the AHA, Kaiser Permanente and other organizations have pushed to secure PPE for the health care workforce. The Protecting People Everywhere initiative will help hospitals of all sizes and from every corner of the country fill immediate gaps while continuing to work with government and private sector partners.
